I went to the competition today after 5years of not stepping to taekwondo world and i still re-calls every of the feeling i had when i use to be there. Feeling, i first step in the court, feeling while i spar with other people, getting scold for making mistakes, feeling down that raise me again and the feeling i won the medal after 5 years of entering taekwondo championship. It was a shame after 5 yrs of spar to gain a silver but all still fresh in me when i step back. Made me happy a lot more is to see my teacher Ms Zarina, and especially Master Loh. For me to realize the time changes a lot of things around but one that never ends is the SPIRIT. Way of life that i have learn a lot in taekwondo. Thank for everything. Every memory i have, i kept it so well ....I miss you guys a lot.

Miss Zarina: u look funny to entertain sweet child but that is how Ms did to us when we down.

Master Loh: Sir,must take care your health and keep smiling around. My Sir also not bad, good looking. lolx....
